QuoteFlow is a digital product delivered as an Excel file. Some features require macros to be enabled and the use of desktop Excel.

3. License of use

Purchasing or downloading QuoteFlow grants you a personal or internal business use license. Intellectual property ownership is not transferred.

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the file without written authorization.
• You may not publish the file for public download as if it were your own.
• You may not remove authorship notices or present it as your own creation.

4. Compatibility

QuoteFlow is designed to work in desktop Excel. We do not guarantee compatibility with Excel Online, Google Sheets, or unsupported software versions.

5. User responsibility

• Verify that you have the appropriate software and equipment.
• Keep backups of your files and data.
• Use the product legally and responsibly.
• Follow the activation and usage instructions provided.

6. Support

We may offer reasonable email support for access, activation, or general product usage. Support does not include unlimited customizations or custom development unless expressly stated.

7. Refunds

Paid products may be subject to the guarantee or refund policy published by QuoteFlow. Access to free versions does not create a right to a refund.

8. Limitation of liability

QuoteFlow is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the product will be perfect for every use case or error-free in every possible configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, revenue loss, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use when necessary. The version published on the site will be the current version.
